Years of experience has taught that often executives and entrepreneurs are not lacking teams with ideas. Experience has taught that successful execution to move ideas from the inside to the outside of en enterprise can be a slow and difficult path. This is especially true if the team is still growing or lacking experience with the new concepts or innovations. 

 

For the executive, having independent in insight, additional flexible executive experience, and focused local market testing or operational assistance can be a difference maker. 

 

edisonBLUE  was founded as a boutique firm to assist executives, entrepreneurs, and enterprises with these exact challenges.

• As a flexible executive to providing additional operational implementation of an existing business, new innovation, or expansion.

• As a additional executive resource, providing insight when making a local investment, such as through Merger and Acquisition or Private Investments. 

• As a Board of Directors or Advisory Board member(s), bring immediate executive, international, and scale up experience.
